What the game stores

Your progress, coins, collection, statistics and settings are saved on your own device (in the browser's local storage). They are not sent to us, except as described under Online features and Moving to another device.

Online features

Friends and results boards use Google Firebase. The first time you open the Friends screen or finish a daily, challenge or weekly puzzle, the game creates an anonymous player account (a random ID, with no email or other contact details) and stores:

a public profile: your player name (a random one until you change it), your friend code, your level, your daily streak and the IDs of the players you added as friends;
your results on the daily, challenge and weekly boards (name, result and time);
gifts friends send you, until you open them.

Other players can see your name, level, streak and results. You can delete all of it at any time in Friends → Delete my online data; after that the game stays offline until you choose to go online again.

Moving to another device

If you ask for a transfer code, a copy of your progress is stored under that code until you use it on your other device, which deletes it.

Error reports

If the game crashes, a short technical report is sent to our Google Firebase project: the error message, the page, the browser's user agent and the language. It contains no name, account or contact details, is used only to fix bugs, and is deleted once the bug is fixed.

The web version shows ads from Google AdSense between levels and when you choose to watch one for a reward. The Android app has no ads. Google may use cookies or similar technology to show and measure ads; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can turn off personalised ads in Google's ad settings. Buying "Remove ads" or the Supporter pack turns off ads between levels.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by the store you buy through (for example Google Play). We never see your payment details.

Challenge links

When you share a challenge, the link contains only the puzzle's number and your score.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Deleting your data

Clearing the site's data in your browser (or uninstalling the app) deletes everything the game has stored. For questions, write to loom@loomspin.com.

Τι αποθηκεύει το παιχνίδι

Η πρόοδός σου, τα νομίσματα, η συλλογή, τα στατιστικά και οι ρυθμίσεις αποθηκεύονται στη συσκευή σου. Δεν μας αποστέλλονται, εκτός από όσα περιγράφονται παρακάτω.

Online λειτουργίες

Οι φίλοι και οι πίνακες αποτελεσμάτων χρησιμοποιούν το Google Firebase. Την πρώτη φορά που ανοίγεις την οθόνη Φίλοι ή ολοκληρώνεις έναν ημερήσιο, εβδομαδιαίο γρίφο ή πρόκληση, το παιχνίδι δημιουργεί έναν ανώνυμο λογαριασμό (ένα τυχαίο αναγνωριστικό, χωρίς email ή στοιχεία επικοινωνίας) και αποθηκεύει: ένα δημόσιο προφίλ (όνομα παίκτη, κωδικό φίλου, επίπεδο, σερί και τα αναγνωριστικά των φίλων σου), τα αποτελέσματά σου στους πίνακες, και τα δώρα που σου στέλνουν φίλοι μέχρι να τα ανοίξεις. Οι άλλοι παίκτες βλέπουν το όνομα, το επίπεδο, το σερί και τα αποτελέσματά σου. Μπορείς να τα διαγράψεις όλα από Φίλοι → Διαγραφή των online δεδομένων μου.

Μεταφορά σε άλλη συσκευή

Αν ζητήσεις κωδικό μεταφοράς, ένα αντίγραφο της προόδου σου αποθηκεύεται με αυτόν τον κωδικό μέχρι να τον χρησιμοποιήσεις στην άλλη συσκευή, οπότε διαγράφεται.

Αναφορές σφαλμάτων

Αν το παιχνίδι παρουσιάσει σφάλμα, στέλνεται μια σύντομη τεχνική αναφορά στο έργο μας στο Google Firebase: το μήνυμα σφάλματος, η σελίδα, ο τύπος του προγράμματος περιήγησης και η γλώσσα. Δεν περιέχει όνομα, λογαριασμό ή στοιχεία επικοινωνίας και διαγράφεται όταν διορθωθεί το σφάλμα.

Διαφημίσεις

Η έκδοση για το web δείχνει διαφημίσεις του Google AdSense ανάμεσα στα επίπεδα και όταν επιλέγεις να δεις μία για ανταμοιβή. Η εφαρμογή Android δεν έχει διαφημίσεις. Η Google μπορεί να χρησιμοποιεί cookies ή παρόμοιες τεχνολογίες για να δείχνει και να μετρά διαφημίσεις. Μπορείς να απενεργοποιήσεις τις εξατομικευμένες διαφημίσεις στις ρυθμίσεις διαφημίσεων της Google. Η αγορά «Κατάργηση διαφημίσεων» ή του πακέτου υποστηρικτή σταματά τις διαφημίσεις ανάμεσα στα επίπεδα.

Αγορές

Τις αγορές τις χειρίζεται το κατάστημα από το οποίο αγοράζεις (π.χ. Google Play). Δεν βλέπουμε ποτέ τα στοιχεία πληρωμής σου.

Διαγραφή δεδομένων

Αν διαγράψεις τα δεδομένα του ιστότοπου στο πρόγραμμα περιήγησης (ή απεγκαταστήσεις την εφαρμογή), διαγράφονται όλα. Για ερωτήσεις: loom@loomspin.com.
